released commemorative postage stamps
to pay tribute to Sachin Tendulkar on Thursday at Wankhade Stadium, Mumbai
before the start of 2nd Cricket Test match between India and West Indies.
On Thursday, as Indian and cricket fans got set to seeSachin Tendulkar walk out for his
last Test match a postage stamp in honour
of Sachin Tendulkar was released. India take on West Indies in Sachin Tendulkar's 200th and final Test at
his home ground at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. MS Dhoni won the toss and to the disdain of fans opted to bowl first which meant the
fans would have to wait to see the 40-year-old star bat. Milind Deora,
Sharad Pawar and Rajeev Shukla took to the ground to honouring Sachin release the stamp Tendulkar ahead of the
second Test between India and West
Indies.Tendulkar is is the only Indian living person after Mother Teresa to receive this honour,
claims Deora.
