OA No. 296/2014 filed by Sri B.Udayasankar rao Rtd SP PSD Hyd and others before the Hon'ble CAT, Hyderabad Bench for grant of grade pay of Rs. 5400- after serving for  four years in the grade pay of Rs. 4800- was  decided by  CAT  in favour of applicants.

To include All India Association of Postmaster Cadre (AIAPC) for the membership verification process-2015, Writ petition was filed at Jodhpur court and petition numbered 6895/2015. Hon'ble Court passed the interim order now dated 06.08.2015, to not to complete the membership verification process-2015 belongs to postmaster cadre, until final outcome of the court orders and the department is now allowed to file a written reply within 3 weeks i.e., within 27.08.2015.  source:- aiapcchq.blogspot.in

IT IS LEARNT THAT CAT CASE, REGARDING INITIAL CONSTITUTION IN THE CADRE OF POST MASTER GRADE-III IN A.P.CIRCLE, IS POSTPONED TO NEXT FRIDAY i.e.04.07.2014 DUE TO MORE NUMBER OF CASES TABLED FOR FINAL HEARING ON 27.06.2014.

DEAR POST MASTERS, IT IS LEARNT THAT CAT CASE FILED BY GRADE-II POST MASTERS REGARDING INITIAL CONSTITUTION IN GRADE-III POST MASTER CADRE, WILL COME FOR FIRST HEARING ON 27.06.2014 .  DEPARTMENT VIDE ITS REPLY STATEMENT REQUESTED CAT, HYD TO VACATE STAY ORDER IMPOSED ON FILLING UP OF GRADE-III PM POSTS.
