WHY NOT WE DISCUSS OUR ISSUES ,WHEN NOBODY IS COMING FORWARD?

Dear friends, 
      The department has created this cadre with lot of hopes and expectations.  Training in PTC also imparted in a different way. We have entered into the cadre With lot of zeal and enthusiasm.  But:  
      What is happening today?
      what challenges are being faced by the officials working the cadre?
      What is the way to redress our grievances ?
      How to fulfill the expectations of the department?   And
      How to improve the conditions of the Cadre? 
      Journey of 1000 steps should start with 1st step.  In these circumstances, it is proposed to gather at accessible place as we have discussed and planned in PTC, all are taking park in the meet for the betterment. ENHANCEMENT OF FINANCIAL POWERS OF HSG, HSG-II AND LSG POST MASTERS ( THESE ORDERS ARE IN FORCE. Revised norms of work of Postmen----for information of supervisory cadre

Department in Memo No 9-1/2005-WSI/PE-I dated 5.2.2010 has revised the norms for Postmen establishment as follows. The revised norms will also be applicable for GDS MD as per note below Rule 106 of Volume VI Part III. The Head of Circles and Regional PMsG are requested to undertake a review of the implementation of revised norms after six months and provide the for assessing the impact of new norms and undetaking a fresh review if considered necessary.
