Shri Narendra Modi was sworn in as the 15 th  Prime Minister of India at Rashtrapati Bhavan in New Delhi yesterday.  The President, Shri Pranab Mukherjee administered the oath of office and secrecy to the new Prime Minister. 23 Cabinet Ministers, 10 Minister of State (Independent Charge) and 12 Minister of State were also sworn in today. For the first time, seven heads of State/Government including the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Nawaz Sharif, President of Sri Lanka, Shri Mahindra Rajpakshe and President of Afghanistan, Hamid Karzai, attended the swearing-in ceremony of an Indian Prime Minister. Former Prime Minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh, newly elected Members of Parliament, Governors, Chief Ministers  and other dignitaries also attended the ceremony.  The  list of Cabinet Ministers, Minister of State (Independent Charge) and Minister of State sworn in today is as follows: Shri Narendra Modi – Prime Minister Cabinet Ministers : 1.       Shri Rajnath Singh 2.

Dear Postmasters                            It is high time for all of us to reunite and make a constructive work to achieve justice to our cadre. Cadre restructuring proposals were sent to DoPT without finalizing proposals on Postmaster cadre. It seems neither trade unions nor the department is keen on this point.  7th CPC is inviting  suggestions/memorandum etc and has given last date for submission of suggestions is 30th May 2014 . ఐ.టి. మోడర్నైజేషన్-2012 లో భాగంగా భారత తపాలా శాఖ తపాలా కార్యాలయాలన్నింటిలోను నూతన టెక్నాలజీని ప్రవేశపెట్టి వినియోగదారులకు మరింత మెరుగైన సేవలను సత్వరమే అందించుట కొరకు ప్రణాళికను రూపొందించింది. అందులో భాగంగా సేవింగ్స్ బ్యాంకు కార్యకలాపాలలో ఆన్ లైన్ సేవలను ఎంపిక చేసిన ప్రధాన తపాలా కార్యాలయాలలో ప్రవేశ పెట్టుచున్నారు. తేది. 12.05.2014 న అమలాపురం పోస్టల్ డివిజన్ పరిధిలో గల అమలాపురం ప్రధాన తపాలా కార్యాలయములో  సేవింగ్స్ బ్యాంకుకు సంబంధించి కొర్ బ్యాంకింగ్ సేవలను విశాఖపట్నం పోస్టల్ రీజియన్ పోస్ట్ మాస్టర్ జనరల్ శ్రీమతి శారద సంపత్ గారు ప్రారంభించినారు. ఈ ప్రధాన తపాలా కార్యాలయ వినియోగదారులందరూ ఈ నూతన సేవలను వినియోగించుకోవలసినదిగా కోరుచున్నాము. అమలాపురం ప్రధాన తపాల కార్యాలయంలో సుమారు 30 వేల ఖాతాలు 78 కోట్ల రూపాయల బాలన్స్ తో కోర్ బ్యాంకింగ్ పరిధిలోనికి మార్చబడినది. విశాఖపట్నం పోస్టల్ రీజియన్ పోస్ట్ మాస్టర్ జనరల్ శ్రీమతి శారద సంపత్ గారు మాట్లాడుచు ఈ కొర్ బ్యాంకింగ్ వలన ఎప్పుడైనను ఎక్కడైనను ఆన్ లైన్ ద్వార లావాదేవీలు జరుపుకొన వచ్చుననియు, మెరుగైన సేవలను పొందవచ్చుననియు తెలియజేసినారు. ఈ కోర్ బ్యాంకింగ్

i) The APAR is an important document. It provides the basic and vital inputs for assessing the performance of  an officer and  for his/her further advancement in his/her career. The officer reported upon, the Reporting Authority, the Reviewing Authority and the Accepting Authority should, therefore, undertake the duty of filling out the form with a high sense of responsibility. The columns in the APAR should be filled with due care and attention and after devoting adequate time. Also please refer DoPT O.M. No.21011/1/2005-Estt(A)(Pt.II) dt. 23.07.2009 and 14.05.2009.
