1) All Post Master Grade Officials in A.P.Circle are requested to send their willingness declaration to join in All India Postal Supervisors Association and letter to DDO to Sri D.S.K.Prasad, Gr.I Post Master, Vijaynagar Colony PO, Hyderabad-57 which were posted directly to you.
2) We all know that a case has been filed in CAT, Hyderabad Bench by our Grade-II Postmasters for filling up of Grade-III Postmaster cadre posts.  The case is coming to the stage of hearing arguments. Though the case is pertaining to Grade-II Postmasters, it will indirectly effects Grade-I Postmasters promotional channel also.  Hence it is our responsibility to share their financial burden. 

3) Therefore, all Grade Postmasters are requested to send half-yearly association subscription of Rs.300/- to Sri M.S.Reddy, Postmaster(Grade-I), Jubilee Hills PO, Hyderabad-500033 immediately through eMO.  This is very important to run our association.

ENHANCEMENT OF FINANCIAL POWERS OF HSG, HSG-II AND LSG POST MASTERS ( THESE ORDERS ARE IN FORCE. Revised norms of work of Postmen----for information of supervisory cadre

Department in Memo No 9-1/2005-WSI/PE-I dated 5.2.2010 has revised the norms for Postmen establishment as follows. The revised norms will also be applicable for GDS MD as per note below Rule 106 of Volume VI Part III. The Head of Circles and Regional PMsG are requested to undertake a review of the implementation of revised norms after six months and provide the for assessing the impact of new norms and undetaking a fresh review if considered necessary.
