Continuous leave for five year with or without leave is a deemed resignation

GoI has by CCS (Leave Amendment Rules)2012 has decided that a Gov servant who is on leave for five years continuously with or without leave will be deemed to have resigned as per DoPT order dated 29.03.2012

Revised norms of work of Postmen----for information of supervisory cadre

Department in Memo No 9-1/2005-WSI/PE-I dated 5.2.2010 has revised the norms for Postmen establishment as follows. The revised norms will also be applicable for GDS MD as per note below Rule 106 of Volume VI Part III.
