WE WILL KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON IN THE DEPARTMENT FOR THE POST MASTER CADRE.  PLEASE BOOK YOUR RAILWAY/BUS TICKETS WELL IN ADVANCE.



WHATEVER MAY BE THE BANNER.... PROBLEMS OF THE POST MASTER CADRE SHOULD BE REDRESSED... WE SHOULD UTILIZE AVAILABLE CHANNELS FOR THE BETTERMENT OF THE CADRE .  THE EFFORTS WILL BE ALWAYS APPRECIATED WHOEVER DO IT FOR THE CADRE.

As per the provisions under article No. 38 of the constitution of the All India Association of Postal Supervisors-General Line ,Due Notice is hareby issued to all concerned for holding the  19th. Bi-ennial All India Conference of the Association at HYDERABAD ((Andhra Pradesh) from 08-9-2015 to 10-9-2015 under the chairmanship of Mr. K.T.Sheshadri, All India President, to transact the Agenda given bellow.



Central Working Committee will meet  just before the 19 th.All India Conference, i.e.on             06-9-2015 & 07-9-2015 at the same vanue.



                                                                  AGENDA

1-      To approve the minutes of C.W. C. Meeting held on 26-8-2014 to 28-8-2014.

2-      To adopt & approve the Bi-ennial report for the period 01-04-2013 to 31-03-2015.

3-      To adopt & approve the Audited accounts for the period 01-04-2013 to 31-03-2015.

4-      To adopt & approve the Budget estimates for the next Two years.

5-      To frame new By-laws & amend the existing provisions of constitution of AIAPS (GL).

6-      To elect the new office bearers of Central Working Committee  for 2015- 2017.

7-      To nominate an Auditor.

8-      To appoint adhoc-committee for specific purposes, wherever & whenever, necessary.

9-      To act as a final court of appeal against any suspension or expulsion of any member &
          also against any Divisional / Circle unit of the Association.

10-    To consider the further progress about the Court case pending in Delhi CAT.

11-    To review the organisational position of association & also act of Postal Directorate.

Revised norms of work of Postmen----for information of supervisory cadre

Department in Memo No 9-1/2005-WSI/PE-I dated 5.2.2010 has revised the norms for Postmen establishment as follows. The revised norms will also be applicable for GDS MD as per note below Rule 106 of Volume VI Part III. The Head of Circles and Regional PMsG are requested to undertake a review of the implementation of revised norms after six months and provide the for assessing the impact of new norms and undetaking a fresh review if considered necessary.
