1. PLEASE PREPARE "LIST OF RD DISCONTINUED ACCOUNTS" FOR THE HALF YEAR ENDING 30.06.2014 AND SEND A COPY TO YOUR SUB DIVISIONAL INSPECTOR WITH A COPY TO DIVISIONAL OFFICE.  FOR THAT GO TO "DB ANALYZER>DATABASE DISCREPANCIES>SELECT SCHEME "RD"> SELECT "LIST OF DISCONTINUED ACCOUNTS" AND GET PRINTOUT.  PLEASE TAKE ASSISTANCE OF SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR, IF YOU FEEL DIFFICULT.

2. PLEASE PREPARE "HALF YEARLY BALANCES OF RD AND MIS SCHEMES (DE-CENTRALISED SCHEMES) AND SEND A COPY TO YOUR HEAD POST OFFICE FOR BALANCES VERIFICATION. FOR THAT OPEN SANCHAY POST MODULE > REPORTS > RD REPORTS > LAST BALANCES AS ON 30.06.14 > SELECT FROM TO RD ACCOUNT NUMBERS. SIMILARLY DO FOR MIS ACCOUNTS ALSO.

3. PREPARE LIST OF SB PASS BOOKS NOT RECEIVED FOR INTEREST ADDING, BO WISE AS REQUIRED UNDER RULE 75(III) OF SB MANUAL VOL.-I AND SEND A COPY TO YOUR SUB DIVISIONAL INSPECTOR WITH A COPY TO DIVISIONAL OFFICE.  FOR THAT GO TO "DB ANALYZER>REPORTS>LIST OF ACCOUNTS-BO WISE>SELECT SO NAME & BO NAME> GET PRINT OUT.  IF YOU FEEL DIFFICULT, GET THE ASSISTANCE OF SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR.  IF YOU HAVE NOT DOWNLOADED LATEST VERSION OF DB ANALYZER, ASK YOUR SA TO DOWNLOAD IMMEDIATELY.

Cabinet approves Implementation of the recommendations of 7th Central Pay Commission

  The Union Cabinet chaired by the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has approved the implementation of the recommendations of 7 th  Central Pay Commission (CPC) on pay and pensionary benefits.   It will come into effect from 01.01.2016. In the past, the employees had to wait for 19 months for the implementation of the Commission’s recommendations at the time of 5 th  CPC, and for 32 months at the time of implementation of 6 th  CPC.  However, this time, 7 th  CPC recommendations are being implemented within 6 months from the due date. The Cabinet has also decided that arrears of pay and pensionary benefits will be paid during the current financial year (2016-17) itself, unlike in the past when parts of arrears were paid in the next financial year.  The recommendations will benefit over 1 crore employees.
