DEAR COMRADE SRI, M.KRISHNAN,

Please recollect the personal conversation along with Sri. MGS Beig, div. Sec, Hyd city division, dated 19.04.13 at Hyderabad and e mail dated 08.09.13, where in requested to stop the filling up of Grade-III posts through newly appointed HSG-I officials.  But no action has been taken since elapsed 9 months.  As all know the initial constitution has been completed in the year 2011, again the DOP has ordered to fill up the Grade-III posts through HSG-I officials in the month of July 2013.  The officials who opted Postmaster Cadre deprived a lot due to junior most HSG-II officials were promoted to HSG-I.
You were taken more pain, and succeeded to fill up the HSG-I posts through HSG-II officials who completed 3 years of service,  even though revised recruitment rules were not finalised.
On receipt of several demands, the DOP has taken steps to fill up the Grade-III posts through Grade-II officials, who completed 3 years of service in the month of December 2013.  But till date no fruitful justice were passed by the competent authority.
As a Secretary General of NFPE  and General Secretary of AIPEU Gr-c, one can have the powers to solve the discrimination raised between Grade and HSG-I Officials.
I once again demand that,  take immediate action to fill up the Grade-III posts through Grade-II officials as they have completed 5 years of service as on 01.01.2014 before 2nd week of February 2014.
