Model representation to be submitted to Head of the office for grant of One Increment Government servants are aware that the Ministry of Finance and Railways, both have already issued orders for grant of one increment in the pre-revised pay scale to nullify the anomaly in respect of central government employees who were in receipt of pre-revised increment between February 2006 to June 2006. Action for immediate implementation should be taken up on priority basis circle wise, where such ruling is not in practice. Moreover leave granting power to GDS wkg in LSG and above office should have also been sought, or this clarification it self is sufficient should be looked into

DeleteIn almost all the circles such rules are not in practice. All the disciplinary powers have been given to the sub-divisional heads without any writing orders.The rules must be implemented.The Postmasters have so much responsibilities without any power.

dear admin,
ReplyDeleteplease take up the issue of identifying more no of grade2, grade3
and Sr. postmasters posts in order to get an early chance of getting gr2 for gr1
and Sr pm for gr3 officials with the Dte,and unions.
Also pl pursue allotment of 100percent of Sr pms to pm cadre
officials as the IP line is having the chance of getting through PS gr B
and the pm cadre is deprived of appearing ip / grb exams.
